Aimed at our dancers and children that are unable to do basic Acro for example, splits, bridges, Handstands rolls and walkovers to build confidence and achieve these skills.
No jewellery
Leotards or tighter clothes would be suitable but T-shirts, shorts also allowed with a crop top underneath
